Terms: We accept paypal as a means of payment. Once received, we will get item sent out usually within 1 or 2 business days.
Refund: We will gladly refund any items that arrive in a condition inconsistent with the description in the listing. If item is in working condition and has been open/used, we are sorry, but we do not accept returns.
Return: If there is an issue, please let us know and return the item to the address in our contact page. Once it is received and verified as being in the alleged condition, we will provide the refund immediately using the same method in which it was paid for.
Shipping Policies: Please refer to each listing for a more specific shipping rate. Most single items will be shipped USPS First Class. Any bundle will most likely be shipped using USPS Media Mail. We will utilize USPS Priority under certain circumstances, in order to get product to the customer even quicker. Overall, we ask that the customer anticipate an arrival within a week, but allow for up to two weeks under rare circumstances.
